The 2019 Canadian SDG Leadership Awards Gala is Canada’s premier Awards event for recognizing businesses and non-businesses that are doing exceptional work to integrate and advance action towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The awards features leading organizations from the private, not-for-profit, and academic sectors across Canada, and highlight their leadership excellence in advancing sustainability innovation, social responsibility, and corporate citizenship within their organizations and communities.
The gala brought together more than 100 corporate sustainability leaders and supporters across the country to convene in celebration of SDG advancement in Canada; it featured a networking cocktail reception, gala dinner, and presentation of the SDG Leadership Awards at the elegant Malaparte, located in the heart of downtown Toronto’s Entertainment District.
