Dost Bardouille-Crema is Director of Sustainability at Tahoe Resources, a Canadian mining company dedicated to the responsible production of precious metals in the Americas. Dost oversees global implementation and evaluation of social management and sustainability reporting and transparency. Prior to Tahoe, she directed corporate engagement at CDA Collaborative Learning Projects, advising multinational companies and non-profits on alignment of corporate citizenship with business goals. She has also taught ethics and leadership in global markets at the University of Washington. Dost holds an MPH in Global Health from the University of Washington and a BSE in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
